This accommodation is surrounded by natural landscaping with single lock-garage and ample off-street parking in the unfenced landscaped garden. Downstairs houses the open plan living area with kitchen (inter-leading scullery), dining-area and lounge leading out onto covered patio extending into garden. Upstairs is a lounge with inter-leading bar (with bar fridge) opening onto a north facing, sunny, partially covered balcony, ideal for outdoor living and entertainment.
