We calculate our seasons every year based mainly on the South African public school holidays.  These seasons can change slightly depending on market demands and trends.

• Peak season: December - January school holiday period

• Off Peak season: Mid January to end November school holiday period
  

Property rates will vary depending on the season and the related demand at that time.
