We calculate our seasons every year based mainly on the South African public school holidays.  These seasons can change slightly depending on market demands and trends.

• Peak season: 12 December - 4 January school holiday period
• Mid season: 11 January - 30 April and 28 November - 11 December
• Off Peak season: 1 May to 27 November
  

Property rates will vary depending on the season and the related demand at that time.
