HOUSEKEEPER SUPERVISION

You may prefer to employ your own housekeeper, in which case you may need someone local to assist with various tasks, such as:

• Transport to your property

• Opening and closing

• Purchasing cleaning materials

• Paying the housekeeper and UIF

• Training the housekeeper

• Management and support for the housekeeper

If a housekeeper is employed in a property, then this person will take responsibility for:

• Cleaning

• Laundry and reporting issues to us

• Checking inventory and reporting issues to us

• Noting maintenance issues and reporting to us

Sometimes a housekeeper will need assistance with cleaning or laundry due to high volume or quick turnaround times, in which case we are available to assist with our cleaning team and in-house laundry.*
