On the top level, youll find a comfortable TV lounge and office space. The luxurious main bedroom, complete with an ensuite and dressing room, opens onto a sun-soaked balcony offering breathtaking panoramic views.

The heart of this home is on the middle level, featuring a spacious kitchen, separate scullery, and laundry adjoining the double garage. The lounge and a 10-seater dining area opens onto an outdoor entertainment patio with stunning views. On the bottom level, youll find three airconditioned ensuite bedrooms and a bunk room fitted with a TV. All enjoy views and opening onto the private garden with a splash pool.

- Mandatory LIVE-IN housekeeper included in the rental. Contracted to work for occupants, Mon-Fri, 8:30 am to 3 pm, excluding weekends and public holidays. Daily duties include making of beds, laundering of linen and general housekeeping. If occupants require personal laundry and ironing, babysitting, cooking etc. it is to be arranged directly with the housekeeper at an additional charge to be paid to her directly. The staff quarters are detached from the main house. - When more than 6 occupants are in residence, a 2nd housekeeper will be arranged on the guests behalf, unless a personal housekeeper is joining the stay. The 2nd housekeeper is not included in the rental and will need to be paid by the guest at the end of each working week. Refreshments and a light lunch are to be supplied by occupants.
