All key movements, whether for rentals, your guests or contractors, are logged in our property management application. Our system will flag keys that have not been returned by the due date, and we will follow up with the person who collected the keys.

Keys can be returned and collected from our offices on a 24/7 basis, by making use of our key safe and drop box facilities.

Guests will receive a welcome envelope containing keys needed for access, a printed map as well as a QR code link to the Google map location of the property. Any other information that a guest will need for the property is also included.

We have a very strict policy that no keys will be handed to any person unless we have been informed by the owner beforehand.
