MAINTENANCE

Ensuring that your property is well maintained is one of the most important services that we deliver. Maintenance tasks if not handled timeously and correctly, can result in larger expenses being incurred at a later date.

Our full team (housekeeping and office) take note of and report maintenance issues. Depending on the size of the job, we either contact you beforehand or we simply complete the task for smaller jobs. (eg. leaking toilet)

We have long standing relationships with contractors in most industries, but we are also able to use your preferred contractors if you wish.  Quotes will be obtained for larger jobs for your approval before work commences.

We will handle all emergency situations (eg. burst geysers or break ins) on your behalf and keep you informed of progress.
