  • Setup your property on our Property Management System

  • Provide a Quality Control report if required

  • Commence marketing your property

  • Provide quotations to guests and deal with guest enquiries

  • Secure a Rental Agreement

  • Collect funds from the guest

  • Ensure the property is expertly prepared

  • Guest arrival, key handover and welcome pack

  • Guest support during their stay

  • Inspect your property after departure (only if Plett Getaways is the property managing agent)

  • Laundry cleaning and control (only if Plett Getaways is the property managing agent)

  • Rectification of any issues

  • Reconcile and finalize the guest breakage deposit

  • Ask for feedback from guest

  • Account for owner and guest funds

  • Disburse funds to owner

  • Issue monthly accounting statement to the owner
