We will draft an inventory of the kitchen, linen and towels for all properties that are available for rental and for which we perform home management services.  This inventory is stored electronically and will be checked and updated at least once per year.

Paying guests are not billed for minor breakages and damages, and therefore owners may be required to top up certain items from time to time.

After a paying guest, we perform a check of a limited number of standard items.*

In addition when we do the laundry, items are checked for damage.
