Step into the main open-plan living area, featuring a comfortable lounge, an 8-seater dining space with a cozy fireplace, and a generous country-style kitchen complete with a separate scullery. This inviting area flows seamlessly onto an expansive, full-length patio. Here, youll find a gas grill, outdoor dining set, and a lounge area, all enjoying breathtaking panoramic views of the Plettenberg Bay coastline. A private home office is also available for those who need to work remotely.
The luxurious air conditioned main bedroom suite is also on this floor. It includes a private lounge, TV, and a full ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet. The main bedroom also opens directly onto the patio, sharing the same magnificent views.
Downstairs Amenities:
Downstairs, the fun continues with a dedicated games room and bar, featuring a big-screen TV, a pool table, and a selection of board games. The adjacent, relaxed TV lounge opens directly onto the sunny pool deck and garden, where guests can enjoy a game of table tennis, lounge in the sun by the pool, or unwind in the jacuzzi. For those who want to stay active, this floor also houses a fully equipped private gym. The four remaining air conditioned bedrooms are also located on this floor, providing ample space and privacy for everyone.

- Pets are allowed by prior request only.
- Parking: A single garage provides space for one vehicle, with additional driveway parking for up to four vehicles.
- Advanced backup power, solar with inverter (Lights, TV, Wifi, selected appliances)
- Provided: Linen, bath towels, and swimming towels are provided. Guests will also have access to a beach umbrella, chairs, and beach towels.
- Amenities: The heated pool, jacuzzi, and gym are used at your own risk, as there is no pool net. All bedrooms fitted with air conditioning.
- Braai: Gas Grill, weber, wood burning braai.
- Entertainment: Smart TVs are available; guests will need their own login credentials for streaming services.
- Pantry: A stocked coffee station is available for the duration of your stay. Spices and pantry dry goods are provided while stocks last. All cleaning products and detergents are also supplied.
- Seasonal: The house is decorated for Christmas.
- Housekeeping: The home is fully serviced by a dedicated housekeeper who works from Monday to Friday (08h00 - 16h00), excluding public holidays. Her duties include general cleaning and personal laundry. Services on weekends or public holidays can be arranged and negotiated directly with her. No third-party maid services are permitted for security and consistency of service.
A yardsman attends to the garden and pool once a week on a Thursday.
