Also on this top level is the main en suite bedroom and a separate guest toilet. Downstairs are bedrooms 2, 3, 4 and 5, a TV lounge and laundry. From this level you have direct access onto the pool deck and gardens. Leading down from the pool deck is bedroom 6.

- Pool with solar heating system and automated pool cover with integrated solar panels (not fenced-in) there is no electric pool heating, only the automated pool cover which has solar panels in it. This means the pool will be heated in sunny weather but not if its overcast.

- Housekeeper included in rental every Tuesday and Thursday (excluding public holidays) to conduct general cleaning duties only, from 8.30am to 3.30pm. Weekends and Public holidays available only on request at R450 per day [2023]. Wage subject to annual increase.
