LOCATION: Prime location on lagoon front, approx. 150 metres to lagoon entrance and 2 minutes drive to town, 5 minutes to central beach.
VIEW: Well maintained gardens, sea, mountains and lagoon.

Standard, traditional two-level fenced-in house offering private swimming pool featuring loungers and surrounding ample fenced-in gardens. DOWNSTAIRS houses 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms with the main en suite bedroom and living area upstairs. UPSTAIRS living area is fitted with a wood fire-place and is comprised of open plan lounge, TV area and dining-area all leading out onto covered balcony enjoying views. Inter-leading from the living area is the well equipped kitchen with a dining-area and opening onto balcony. Separate scullery with 2nd fridge/freezer.

Main bedroom (upstairs): King, en suite (bath/shower/toilet), spacious room with views.

- Swimming pool is not fenced-in and has no safety net/cover. Access to the pool courtyard can be secured by closing a door & two garden gates. "WARNING, the house leads directly onto the swimming pool courtyard. This presents a risk to toddlers or to non-swimming children who may be able to gain access to the swimming pool courtyard via the front door. For this reason, the house may not be suitable for families with young children who are not able to swim."
- Mandatory LIVE-IN housekeeper included in the rental. Contracted to work for occupants, Mon-Fri, 9am to 1pm, excluding weekends and public holidays. Daily duties include making of beds, laundering of linen and general housekeeping. If occupants require personal laundry and ironing, babysitting, cooking etc. it is to be arranged direct with housekeeper at an additional charge to be paid to her direct. The staff quarters are located at the back of the property.
- If more than 6 occupants in residence, a 2nd housekeeper will be arranged if you do not bring your own housekeeper. The 2nd housekeeper is not included in the rental (i.e. for the tenants account) and will be contracted on your behalf to assist the housekeeper 2 days of the week. Please pay this 2nd housekeeper directly at the end of every week @ R250 per day.
- The Property has a battery and inverter system which turns on automatically during load-shedding. However, this system is capable of powering only certain essential circuits such as lights, Wi-Fi, burglar alarm and TV.
- During load-shedding PLEASE DO NOT USE the oven, microwave, iron, kettle,
hairdryers, tumble dryer, washing machine, toaster, electric tools or any other appliance that has a heating element or that draws a lot of electricity Use of any such appliance could result in loss of power for the duration of the load-shedding period, but, more importantly, this could cause permanent damage to the inverter system and potentially burn it out.
