- Complimentary housekeeper included in rental, contracted to work every Wed (8am - 3pm). Housekeeper is available for additional days @ R300, to be contracted privately. [2023 rate, subject to annual increase]. Housekeeper will make her way to/from property, kindly supply refreshments.
- Garden is maintained weekly.
- Communal swimming pool is less than 40m from property. Fenced-in, but not covered.
