This comfortable, double-story family home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with wonderful sea views. The main living area is on the upper level, along with a separate kitchen equipped with a gas stove and an extra fridge. The inter-leading lounge and dining room open onto a sunny balcony, which offers beautiful views of the sea, lagoon, and mountains. The upper level also has bedroom 1 and family bathroom. The second bedroom is on the ground floor.
Additional bedrooms with bunk beds are available on request.

BEDROOM 1 (Upstairs): King size bed, opening onto balcony with sea views.
BATHROOM (Upstairs): Bath and shower, with separate toilet.

BEDROOM 2 (Downstairs): King size bed, enjoy partial views
BATHROOM: Shower, Toilet.

OUTSIDE FLATLET: Queen size bed, ensuite (shower/toilet)

Accessibility: Please be aware that the property is not fenced, and access to the house is via a fairly steep set of stairs (about 25 steps).

Security: For the safety of the community, there are security cameras positioned along Sydney Street, at the Uppa Toppies garage on a streetlamp, in both directions on Hill Street, and on Salmack Road.
