The ground floor features a bright, open-plan lounge, dining area, and well-equipped kitchen. This main living space opens directly onto a private courtyard with both a built-in and a Weber braai. Additionally, a separate games room with a pool table offers a great space for family fun. Two bedrooms are conveniently situated on the ground floor, while the main Bedroom 1 is privately located upstairs along with a home office space, walk in closet and nursery.
