Traditional style 2-level house offering generous well equipped accommodation. The main house is all on one level with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and guest toilet. Enjoying both an open plan dining room with adjacent lounge (with gas fire-place), flowing into spacious living area with a kitchen, dining area and TV lounge (with fire-place). The living area opens onto a considerable covered patio with swimming pool and dining space overlooking the surrounding valley and mountains.

Located underneath the main house is a flat let with open design, fitted with kitchenette, TV lounge, a queen extra length bed and 2 single beds and is en suite (shower and toilet). TV linked to DStv dual view but no Netflix. Access is down some stairs and through the garden.

Brackenridge Estate is a paradise for those appreciating South Africas indigenous fauna and flora. The 128 hectare nature reserve is home to the countrys legendary fynbos, the smallest and most diverse of the plant kingdoms, which supports an abundance of bird and small animal life.

There are along winding nature trails located throughout the estate which will supply birdwatchers with countless hours of pleasure, while the fynbos connoisseurs will be astounded by the vast variety of species in the immediate area. The Garden Route has recently been declared a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.

The estate also offers 24 hours security with strict access control measures, as well as personal security patrol and a 6 km state-of-the-art electrified perimeter fence.
