Thank you for your mail, we would be delighted to provide feedback on our holiday rental. We loved Lands End Beach House, the location was perfect (particularly for the children and their multitude of friends that visited daily), and the house itself was ideal as a holiday home. In fact we were so happy we will be contacting your offices under separate cover to book again for the end of this year!! In terms of the property itself, as mentioned the location is wonderful, it can be a little noisy during the day, and even early mornings depending on events on the beach, but this adds to the holiday feel and we were well aware of this from your communication so it was really not an issue. We expected some evening noise and this was at no stage evident. In terms of location, ideal! So close to Central Beach, The BI Hotel, BI beach, and all the Robergs… It is also perfect for popping down to restaurants like Moby’s, The Bungalow, The Ski Boat Club, The Fat Fish, Cornuti, and no doubt others… The house itself was lovely, and as per your description was a perfect old beach house, although to be honest we were expecting older, so were pleasantly surprised. It was great that the house has the benefit of both a dishwasher and a washing machine, both very useful when you are 10 people, and particularly when staying for longer than a few days. The WiFi was also greatly appreciated and a very nice added benefit. In terms of the cleanliness of the house on arrival, this was great, the rooms were all neat and clean, and the linen decent and fresh. It was very pleasing to walk into such a tidy clean house after the 11 hour drive to get there. As I’m sure you can gather from the tone of my mail, we had a fabulous holiday and loved the house. The support, communication and attention received from everyone we dealt with at Accommodation Bureau, and in particular Venita, was fantastic, an overall very positive experience. Thanks for contributing to a fabulous family holiday.

I had a great time in Plettenberg Bay as always.The property had everything required to make it a home away from home, and the location cannot be beaten. The house was clean. I never cleans the inside of my Weber, and was therefore particularly impressed to see how clean the Weber was at Land's End. This is something simple, but it demonstrates the dedication of your cleaning staff.

Lands End exceeded our expectations. We had a great stay in it The house was very clean, and neat, and the location was perfect The house was adequately equipped.

We've enjoyed the week away at Land's End very much. The location of the house, the facilities provided in the house as well as the over all condition of the house make it a perfect beach house.We'll definitely be back!

This is the 2nd time our family has stayed at Landsend and it has once again been a wonderful holiday. We love the house and its location, especially. It has good memories for us and the view is spectacular. We have no complaints at all. Thanks very much. July 09

We had a very pleasant stay at Land's End. We appreciated the fact that we could take our dogs there - that is the only reason why we chose that house above all the rest.May 2008
