This older but comfortable, double-story family home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with wonderful sea views. The main living area is on the upper level, along with a separate kitchen equipped with a gas stove and an extra fridge. The inter-leading lounge and dining room open onto a sunny balcony, which offers beautiful views of the sea, lagoon, and mountains. The upper level also has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are on the ground floor.

BEDROOM 1 (Upstairs): Sunny Bedroom with views, fitted with bunk bed.
BEDROOM 2 (Upstairs): King size bed, opening onto balcony with views.
BATHROOM (Upstairs): Bath and shower, with separate toilet.

BEDROOM 3 (Downstairs): King size bed and 1 single bed, enjoy partial views
BEDROOM 4 (Downstairs): Bunk bed, En suite (shower/toilet), overlooking garden

Accessibility: Please be aware that the property is not fenced, and access to the house is via a fairly steep set of stairs (about 25 steps).

Security: For the safety of the community, there are security cameras positioned along Sydney Street, at the Uppa Toppies garage on a streetlamp, in both directions on Hill Street, and on Salmack Road.
