OLDERS, BASIC yet comfortable double story house situated in a cul-de-sac offering views. Upstairs section houses the living area (inter-leading lounge and dining-room) with separate kitchen. Lounge opens onto balcony with views. 2 Bedrooms/1 bathroom upstairs, all other accommodation is downstairs opening into garden.

Bedroom 1 (upstairs): sunny bedroom with partial views, fitted with a bunk bed (cant be split)
Bedroom 2 (upstairs): queen size bed, opening onto balcony with views.
Bathroom (upstairs): bath and shower only, with separate toilet
Bedroom 3 (downstairs): king size bed and 1 single bed, opening into garden, with partial views.
Bedroom 4 (downstairs): bunk bed, en suite (shower/toilet), overlooking garden
Outside en suite bedroom: 3 single beds, with shower/toilet.

- Linen (2 sets) provided, tenants to supply own BATH & beach towels.
- Weber and portable braai with patio furniture
- Parking: single lockup garage and off-street for 1-2 vehicles but not secure and not specifically allocated to this property.
- Property not fenced-in and has fairly steep stairs (approx. 20) leading down to property.
- Bed mattresses are older.
- Balcony fitted with glass balustrading.
