This excludes long term rentals, in such cases the housekeeper is included for 2 days a week, Mondays and Thursdays to allow access for garden and pool services. Contracted to do general housework, no food prep, baby-sitting, etc. When more than 6 occupants, a 2nd housekeeper will be contracted for the tenants account at R250/half day: 8h30 - 14h00 or at R400/day 8h30 - 16h00 to assist with overflow as well as personal housekeeping services, ie: laundry [2023]. Working hours are Monday - Friday from 8h30 until daily tasks are completed, no later than 16h00. Daily wage subject to annual increase.
