This spacious enclosed villa offers the splendour of breath-taking views, while providing superb comfort and luxury - featuring truly extraordinary outdoor/indoor living spaces. Downstairs is comprised of open plan living room (kitchen/dining area/lounge with fire-place/TV lounge and bar area) flowing out onto covered patio with views. 3 En suite bedrooms (2 adjoined) and guest toilet. Upstairs are the remaining 3 bedrooms.

- Housekeeper is included 5 days a week excluding weekends and public holidays, mandatory Mondays and Thursdays to allow access for garden services and pool services on these days. Any further days required must be negotiated with the housekeeper and will be for the tenants account. This excludes long term rentals, in such cases the housekeeper is included for 2 days a week, Mondays and Thursdays to allow access for garden and pool services. Any further days are for the tenants account and to be negotiated with the housekeeper.
Contracted to do general housework, no food prep, baby-sitting, etc. When more than 6 occupants, a 2nd housekeeper will be contracted for the tenants account at R250/half day: 8h30 - 14h00 or at R400/day 8h30 - 16h00 to assist with overflow as well as personal housekeeping services, ie: laundry [2023]. Working hours are Monday - Friday from 8h30 until daily tasks are completed, no later than 16h00. Daily wage subject to annual increase.
