LOCATION: Brackenridge Private Residential Estate is a beautiful, immaculately maintained 128-hectare nature reserve situated off Piesang Valley Road, approximately 3 kms from Central beach, literally 5 mintues to town centre and 2 minutes to nearest golf course.

UPSTAIRS houses the main living area with open plan lounge (with smart TV), dining area, kitchen with scullery. Living area opens onto covered balcony fitted for outdoor living enjoying views. On this level is a inter-leading games room fitted with 4 seater table and 2 lounge chairs, ideal as a work station, reading room or enjoying a game of Bridge. Also on this level are e en suite bedrooms, both opening onto balcony and enjoying views. Separate guest toilet.
At the entrance to the house is another seating area which is protected from the wind fitted with outdoor seating and portable braai & heater for those chiller days and nights.

DOWNSTAIRS: Features 2nd lounge with standard TV and 2 en suite bedroom, all opening onto cover patio extending into garden with rim flow pool. Outside entertainment area is furnished with loungers (8) and bar top with mini-fridge.

- Parking directly outside front door for several vehicles.
- Mandatory housekeeper contracted to work Mon-Fri from 8.30am to 3pm @ R350 p/day [2023] for tenants account (not included in the rental). Housekeeper has own set of keys and will make her own way to/from property. Kindly provide housekeeper with some beverages i.e. tea. Daily wage subject to annual increase.

Brackenridge Estate is a paradise for those appreciating South Africas indigenous fauna and flora. The 128 hectare nature reserve is home to the countrys legendary fynbos, the smallest and most diverse of the plant kingdoms, which supports an abundance of bird and small animal life.

There are along winding nature trails located throughout the estate which will supply birdwatchers with countless hours of pleasure, while the fynbos connoisseurs will be astounded by the vast variety of species in the immediate area. The Garden Route has recently been declared a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.

The estate also offers 24 hours security with strict access control measures, as well as personal security patrol and a 6 km state-of-the-art electrified perimeter fence.
