Spacious, multi-level, north-facing house offering views, views and more views. Entrance opens into vast living area comprised of lounge, dining area and kitchen with scullery. Living area inter-leads into TV lounge. Large full height stack doors open onto the expansive wooden deck with views and overlooking splash pool. Guest toilet.
Two sets of staircases leading down from living room. Left wing staircase leads down to bedroom 1. Other staircase to bedrooms 2, 3 and 4, with 5th bedroom down a further set of stairs. Also on bottom level is a kids play room fitted with standard size TV and DVD, opening onto covered patio extending into garden.

BEDROOM 1 (left wing): King, with separate bathroom (bath, shower and enclosed toilet with bidet), fitted with ceiling fan and opening onto small private balcony enjoying views and overlooking splash pool.

BEDROOM 3: 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4)

SHARED BATHROOM: Open plan washing up area with 2 enclosed bathrooms, one fitted with shower and toilet and the other bath and toilet.
BEDROOM 5: King, with separate bathroom (bath, shower and enclosed toilet with bidet), fitted with ceiling fan and opening onto garden and splash pool.

- Linen, bath and beach (1 each) towels supplied.
- Property is enclosed, with remote controlled gate with double carport. Steep sloping driveway.
- Weber braai (only 1 braai, size large).
- Mandatory housekeeper included in the rental contracted to work for occupants, Mon-Fri.
If you need the char over weekends please arrange it in advance and that will be for the guests account. Saturday is R350 and Sunday and public holidays will be R 550.
No service will be offered for Christmas and New Years day.
Kindly supply housekeeper with refreshments and meals.
- Outside staff quarters fitted with single bed (with pull out), en suite (shower and toilet). No linen and towels provided.
- Splash pool is not enclosed, but has a safety net which is only fitted on prior request.
PLEASE NOTE: Balcony balustrading inside and out is timber sailing wire.
