Among its newest additions is Telluric, crafted by the visionary duo Pierre and Cecily du Preez, known for their acclaimed Beau Constantia winery. Join us as we explore Telluric and the captivating Plettenberg Bay Wine Route.

Telluric: A Wine Estate Rooted in the Earth

Named after the Latin word "Tellus," meaning "of the earth" or "from the soil," Telluric reflects a deep connection to the land. Perched on the southeastern slopes overlooking the Plettenberg Bay coastline, this estate embodies the du Preez's dedication to exploring viticulture through a sustainable lens.

Embracing the harmony between nature and human touch, Telluric strives to preserve the essence of its surroundings. With young vines and Pinot Noir maturing in oak barrels, the promise of exceptional wines on the Plettenberg Bay Wine Route is exciting.

Exploring the Plettenberg Bay Wine Route

Stretching just 57 kilometers between Harkerville and the Crags, the Plettenberg Bay Wine Route stands out as one of South Africa's smallest yet most distinctive.

The route's story began with Bramon Estate, which boldly planted grapes in 2000 under the ownership of Peter Thorpe. Evolving from the "Sparkling Wine Route," it now boasts over a dozen wineries.

Renowned for its boutique-style Cap Classiques, the region's cooler climate is ideal for producing Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir.

Zoox: A Culinary Oasis Awaits at Telluric
