- For the pet lover, the owner will consider 1 small female dog, by prior request only.
- Complimentary housekeeper included in the rental 2 days a week (excl. public holidays) contracted to conduct general housekeeping duties. The housekeeper will make her way to/from property, kindly supply refreshments.
- Garden is maintained once a week.
- Communal swimming pool is less than 40m from property. Fenced-in, but not covered.
