Sizeable custom designed home with a modern twist comprising a raw, earthy theme tucked away in the exclusive Twin Rivers Estate which is beautifully situated on the Keurbooms River approx. 6km from Plett town. This estate is a sanctuary and delightful oasis for the nature lover who is looking to enjoy peace and tranquillity on the rivers edge.

The downstairs section features an open living space comprised of TV lounge with fire-place, kitchen with 4-seater Island & 8-seater dining area with fire-place. Including a scullery, panty, laundry. Also on this level is a guest toilet and inter-leading bar/entertainment lounge fitted with TV, pool table and fire-place one en suite bedroom. All opening onto covered deck with captivating views and overlooking the alluring private swimming pool and maintained gardens. The outside dining area is fitted with seating area and built-in braai.

Upstairs are the remaining 3 en suite bedrooms and an additional TV lounge and study. All with encompassing river vista.

BEDROOM 1: 2 three-quarter beds, en suite (shower & toilet), opening onto garden deck.
BEDROOM 2: Double bed, en suite (shower & toilet)
BEDROOM 3: Double bed, en suite (shower & toilet)
BEDROOM 4: King bed, en suite (bath with hand-shower, shower & toilet), fitted with fire-place.

- Housekeeper included in rental 3 days per week, Mon/Wed/Fri, 8.30am - 1pm. Contracted to conduct general housekeeping duties which include cleaning (dishes, sweeping etc.) and washing & ironing of bedding/towels (changed once a week). Should you require any additional services and/or days this will be by request only, payable over-and-above directly to the housekeeper. Extra days @ R250. Weekends & Public Holidays @ R450. After hours @ R35 per hour.
- Five wood burning fire-places throughout property, with a complimentary stock of wood supplied on arrival. Thereafter wood supply can be replenished for your occupants account.
- In-ground pool with no shallow end, no cover/net and not fenced-in.
- Inter-leading garage with parking space for 1 vehicle with sufficient uncovered parking area directly outside house for 2-3 vehicles.
- All bedrooms fitted with ceiling fan and air con.
- Advanced backup power system.
- Additional security, Trellidor at the top of the stairs and security Cameras in the front and back of the house, monitored 24 Hours.

Twin Rivers Estate offers full security with a communal tennis court (please bring own racquets and balls) and club house.
