Top level enjoys a sweeping living area comprised of open-plan TV lounge, dining area, 2nd lounge and kitchen with inter-leading scullery/laundry, all opening onto balcony enjoying views. Main en suite bedroom.

- Complimentary housekeeping service which is mandatory so guests can enjoy a well maintained home through their stay. The dedicated housekeeper is contract to maintain the property conducting general housekeeping duties, this excludes personal laundry, food prep etc.
- Due to number of stairs, glass balustrading and uncovered/unfenced pool, no children under the age of 8 years accepted.
- Home features 3 fire places (2 gas & 1 wood)
- Lift & gym (use at own risk)
- Linen, bath and beach towels provided
- Parking in double inter-leading garage and uncovered outdoor parking inside the fenced-in property for 3 extra vehicles
- Rim-flow splash pool - NOT COVERED AND/OR FENCED-IN, use is at own risk.
- This service will be conducted 5 days a week. Mon-Fri, 8.30am to 3.30pm (excluding public holidays). After hours, public holidays & weekends is to be negotiated directly with the housekeeper at an additional charge payable to her directly.
- When more than 6 occupants in residence, a 2nd housekeeper will be arranged on the guests behalf, unless a personal housekeeper is joining the stay. The 2nd housekeeper is not included in the rental and will need to be paid directly at the end of each working week. A simple breakfast & light lunch to be supplied by occupants.
