- Complimentary housekeeping service which is mandatory so guests can enjoy a well maintained home through their stay. The dedicated housekeeper is contract to maintain the property conducting general housekeeping duties, this excludes personal laundry, food prep etc. This service will be conducted 5 days a week. Mon-Fri, 8.30am to 3.30pm (excluding public holidays). After hours, public holidays & weekends is to be negotiated directly with the housekeeper at an additional charge payable to her directly.
- When more than 6 occupants in residence, a 2nd housekeeper will be arranged on the guests behalf, unless a personal housekeeper is joining the stay. The 2nd housekeeper is not included in the rental and will need to be paid directly at the end of each working week. A simple breakfast & light lunch to be supplied by occupants.
