Complex is situated on the Piesang Valley River/Lagoon, within easy walking distance of Central Beach (approx. 565 m) and across the road from a mini shopping complex and garage.

Downstairs offers an open plan living room with lounge, kitchen (via hatch) and dining area opening into glass enclosed sun-room fitted as a dining/entertainment area overlooking the well maintained gardens and river front views. Unit flows out into private garden area idea for outdoor living. Also downstairs are bedroom 1 & 2 sharing a bathroom. Upstairs houses bedrooms 3 & 4 also sharing a bathroom.
